Translation
"Aurelius Kougas of Phaselis, son of Oniallis, also known as Poneselmos, son of Kolalemis, won the wrestling competition in the adult men's category of the Palladeios agon, bequeathed by Aurelia Apphia of Phaselis, a praiseworthy person, daughter of the son of Kolalemis, son of the son of Embromos, and received statues as prizes."
