Translation

Aurelius Ptolemios of Phaselis, alias (so called) Zosimas, son of Aurelius Artemidoros, son of Ptolemios, notably won the children’s category wrestling match of the first Palladeios Agon, which was presented to the city by Aurelia Apphia of Phaselis, the praiseworthy daughter of Kolalemis II, son of Embromos II, without having been caught in his waist lock and thrown.
